Ladies headwear doesn't get much more Zero-Era than this:

Look familiar to you? It should, it's a redux of a common hat popular with women in the 12th century, a "fillet with cauls." The rolls of fabric on the sides mimic cauls (or "crespinettes") and the wrap style gives the effect of the standard "pillbox fillet" of the era.

Notice the similarities? Of course, I highly doubt that what the beautiful woman in the photo is wearing below the neck could be gotten away with in the 1300's. Maybe if she was some Egyptian princess or something...
